Items Needed

Paint Shop Pro (i am using version 10 but versions 6 and up are compatible)
tube/image of choice
Artist I Used: Suzanne Woolcott
I purchased her work while she was with AMI but you MUST now purchase her tubes and license from her site HERE to use her work.

font of choice
i am using font "Renaissance"
filter eye candy 5>squint

remember to save your tag as you go along.
tutorials are not set in stone, they are guide line, have fun with it and add your own style.
add drop shadows where you see fit, recolor and resize as you need.
(make sure you check artists tou before recoloring)

open a blank transparent canvas size 500 by 500

copy and paste wreath to frame

copy and paste image of choice to canvas
move below wreath frame

select wreath frame
click outside wreath frame with magic wand tool
selections>modify>expand>10 pixels
select image
press delete on keyboard

copy and paste tube to canvas
place to preference
merge visible all layers

duplicate full image
select bottom layer
apply filter Eye Candy 5>Squint
at the preset double vision - medium, angled

with your text tool write out the following:
all correct copyright information
name or phrase of choice
save as a .psp format as well as .png or .jpg, whichever you prefer
make sure your copyright is legible.
